Do you feel hidden right now? If so, then you’re in a good position because God loves the service you do in secret! I was about to go to bed the other night exhausted from all the days tasks. I started the morning in prayer, went to work, tended to kids, husband, and house then sat down and took a long huff.
I heard the words “secret service”.  I thought well, what does the secret service have to do with that fact I am tired! Don’t they protect people? Then It was impressed on my heart that God was telling me that he loved my secret service, the service only he could see. I began to research about service in secret and I found it in Matthew chapter 6.

Matthew 6:3-4
3)But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, 4} so that your giving may be in SECRET. Then your father, who sees what is done in SECRET will reward you.

Further down Matthew 6:6- But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then you’re Father, who sees what is done in SECRET, will reward you.

Finally , Matthew 6:18- so that it will not be obvious to others that you are fasting, but only to your Father, who is unseen; and your Father, who sees what is done in SECRET, will reward you.

Wow, that’s 3 different things God speaks of being done in secret. Prayer, giving, and fasting. That’s not to say you will never do those things publicly, but God loves them in secret because it’s between you and him. Your secret place with God is when he alone is watching you and it’s in those secret moments that God’s heart leaps and creates deeper more intimate relationship.
